What areas do you service?

For installed sales I work in Connecticut, most of Massachsetts and in the NYC metro area. I prefer that the customer be able to visit my workshop at least once so we can discuss species, finish options etc.

How much will my new countertops cost?

There is no universal answer here... The final cost will depend primarily on how much countertop you have but there are a lot of other factors that will determine job cost. Square footage pricing by itself is nowhere near accurate. I offer prompt estimates by phone or email.

  What is the  process for purchasing new countertops from Scott Cassin's Custom Countertops?

I will work with you to answer all your questions and give you a firm quote.

All jobs require a deposit before work can begin. 

I will come make a measured drawing or template if I am installing the job. DIY'ers and contractors will supply me with a drawing of exactly what they need built. 

Build time is generally several weeks depending on the materials you choose. 3-6 weeks is typical. 8 weeks is not unusual for work of this sort.

If I am installing the job I will arrive in the morning and have the job completed by the end of the workday.

 How can I get samples?

 Wood samples can be had by contacting me directly. (samples are typically $25 each, refunded upon your purchase of a countertop.
